My Journey
Having gone from being super active and very athletic all of my life to a rapid deterioration in my health.
After a serious back injury followed by a decade-long chronic condition that included severe asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis, bronchitis, and pneumonia, this was when the long, dark and lonely journey began.
Struggling with constant lethargy, weight gain, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem and the emotional and financial consequences that came with all this. I was desperate to find a natural way to get my health and life back, but first I had to make long-term, sustainable changes within myself.
I decided to join the Body Transformation Academy of London to study the science of Body Transformation, including neuromuscular connections, nutrition, body sculpture and athlete-winning mindsets.
Followed by studying healing through nutrition for adults and children with obesity & diabetes as well as nutrition for peak performance. I was able to offer my students a second chance when they had almost given up on themselves and on the hope of feeling good again.
After years of intensive training and inspired by clients' success stories, I developed a deep understanding of body movement, unspoken tension, posture, and how past injuries and chronic stress quietly resurface as present pain.
I quickly began to understand the neck, shoulder, back & sciatica pandemic, which has risen over the past few years, and how long hours of sitting and desk-bound work have created worldwide mental & physical stress that ultimately affects overall well-being.
My approach combines a trained eye for movement and body mechanics with a genuine understanding of how stress, habits and old injuries quietly build up over time. Together, in a safe and unhurried space, we'll find the real source of your pain — not just the symptom — and I'll give you simple, specific stretches that bring real care and relief into your day.
From your time with me, you will learn where the pain originates, how to manage it, and which 5-minute gentle stretches or movements can reduce/potentially reverse the cause of your aches and pains.
I've been a dedicated massage and pain relief practitioner since 2013. I love helping clients understand their own bodies — and discover just how much relief is possible with the right hands, and a little awareness.
Don't just trust what I have to say! See what people have to say about their experience.
